Gift Bag Set

This is a gift bag set I made a couple of weeks ago. To the left is a mini backpack which you can put a gift inside and the front pouch holds a little card. The center is a gift bag with a greeting card attached to the front. To the right is a mini purse which can be filled with little goodies.

Here are some side view pictures of the backpack and purse.

Become a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator With Just Three Easy Payments

Become a Demonstrator

What does a demonstrator do?

Stampin' Up! demonstrators get to share their love for stamping, crafting, and home décor every day, while supplementing their household income. Whether you just love to craft, or you want to grow a successful, thriving business, Stampin' Up! is a great opportunity for you.

If you're thinking "I'm not crafty or creative enough," there's no need to worry. Stampin' Up!'s demonstrators come at all expertise levels, and with the many resources that Stampin' Up! provides, anyone who has a passion for crafting can find success as a demonstrator.

Oh, Nervous Me......

At my last Stampin' Up! meeting I did a demonstration on glitter brads. Imagine me, one of the shyest people in the world doing a presentation in front of about 80 people. I was so nervous I didn't think I would be able to do it but once I got started it wasn't that bad. I will definitely share more ideas this way. Anyhoo, this is one of the samples I prepared for my presentation. The glitter brad is holding the ribbon on the card and is a build-a-brad with a pop up glue dot and fine glitter. The picture doesn't do it justice, it is so pretty. Leave a comment and let me know what you think.....

Stamps: Happy Heart Day, Flight of the Butterfly
Paper: Taken with Teal, Regal Rose, Whisper White
Ink: Basic Black, Taken, with Teal, Regal Rose, Rose Red
Accessories: Rose Red Ribbon, Build-a-brad, pop-up glue dot, fine cosmo glitter, stampin' dimensionals

Chicken Little

I've been really busy making swaps for my Stampin' Up! meeting tomorrow. Here is a sneak peek at one of the cards I am making. I will post the finished product tomorrow. The chick is made using all Stampin' Up! punches and is cased from Heather Summers.

Celebrate Page

I did this 12x12 page at a workshop last year. It uses a retired stamp set and retired designer series paper but I really like this layout. I will probably recreate it in the near future using a different color scheme and die cut letters from the BigShot. This page could be for any special occasion like birthdays, winning the big game or any type of award.

Stamps: Well Worn Alphabet
Paper: Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie, Bashful Blue, Summer Picnic DSP, Whisper White
Ink: Bashful Blue
Accessories: Large Star Punch, Star Punch, Chipboard Star, Vintage Brads

More Melia

This is the second 12x12 layout I did with pictures of the Melia Caribe Resort. I did a lot of stamping on these two pages which I quite enjoyed.

Stamps: Balmy Breezes
Paper: Mellow Moss, Always Artichoke, Whisper White, Retired DSP
Ink: Basic Black, Close to Cocoa
Accessories: Tag Corner Punch, Hemp Twine

My Messy Craft Room

OK...I decided to post some pictures of my messy craft room. I was hoping to be finished organizing by the end of the day but I think that might have been a little too ambitious. I am making progress but I still have about 6 or so boxes in Allan's woodworking room that needs to be put away. The bonus part is that I am finding a lot of things that I thought I lost or forgot I had. Or maybe I've just got too much stuff.
